    Take a Look at Our Day on the Low Ropes

    Published: 6/2/2008

    You are cordially invited to watch a slide-show I created from last year's trip to Eastconn's Low Ropes. It was a wonderful team-building experience, and as you can see, we had some fun along the way. We are hoping to make a similar journey this fall for our new homeroom classes.

    Grading Policy
    GRADING POLICY Your Language Arts average is a combination of graded assignments completed in the classroom, at home, and during LAX class. This is the breakdown of categories.

    HOMEWORK=10%
    CLASSWORK & WRITING=30%
    PROJECTS=25%
    QUIZZES & TESTS=35%

    Please note that assignments are to be turned in on-time. Ten (10) points will be deducted for any homework assignment that is one class late. Homework assignments not returned after one class will earn a zero (0). Any short or long-term assignments that are turned in late will receive a five (5) point deduction for every day of tardiness. Note: Students with IEP or 504 accomodations will be graded according to specific student needs.
